The Banshee is built on our Mk4 AR15 platform which uses a standard AR15 lower receiver and our AR conversion mags. The BANSHEE series represents the most innovative AR pistols and SBRs available today. The EML4 handguards feature M-LOK slots at 3, 6, & 9 o'clock positions and a full-length Picatinny top rail for accessories as well as an integrated handstop.

Restocking Fee for Non-Compliance: If your purchase cannot be legally shipped to your location due to non-compliance with local laws, a 10% restocking fee will be applied to your refund. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where you fail to meet the age requirements or laws restricting certain items (e.g., magazine capacity, firearms, ammunition).
Federal Firearm License (FFL) Transfer: All firearm transactions must be processed through a licensed Federal Firearm License (FFL) dealer. You may be required to provide a valid ID and undergo a background check as part of your purchase.

For customers purchasing in Colorado, please be aware that state law (Colo. Rev. Stat. § 18-12-302) prohibits the sale, transfer, or possession of large-capacity magazines exceeding 15 rounds of ammunition, with limited exceptions. To ensure compliance, we will block any magazine exceeding this capacity to limit it to 15 rounds. A fee of $15 will be charged for blocking up to 5 magazines per order.
