Compliance with Local Laws: You are solely responsible for ensuring that any items you purchase are legal to possess, transfer, or purchase in your jurisdiction. This includes, but is not limited to, compliance with state and local laws such as Colorado’s 15-round magazine capacity limit and age requirements. It is your responsibility to verify that the products you are ordering meet all legal requirements before purchasing.

Restocking Fee for Non-Compliance: If your purchase cannot be legally shipped to your location due to non-compliance with local laws, a 10% restocking fee will be applied to your refund. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where you fail to meet the age requirements or laws restricting certain items (e.g., magazine capacity, firearms, ammunition).

Federal Firearm License (FFL) Transfer: All firearm transactions must be processed through a licensed Federal Firearm License (FFL) dealer. You may be required to provide a valid ID and undergo a background check as part of your purchase.

For customers purchasing in Colorado, please be aware that state law (Colo. Rev. Stat. § 18-12-302) prohibits the sale, transfer, or possession of large-capacity magazines exceeding 15 rounds of ammunition, with limited exceptions. To ensure compliance, we will block any magazine exceeding this capacity to limit it to 15 rounds. A fee of $15 will be charged for blocking up to 5 magazines per order.
