Complete your Ruger Mini-14 , Mini Thirty or Ruger AC-556 with this precision machined direct optic mount solution from Samson. Directly mount a micro red dot forward of the action without the need for a Picatinny rail clamp adapter. The integrated Picatinny rail on top of the Hannibal Rail is perfect for mounting any accessory your heart desires, and gives your rifle a more tactical look. The included 2" Picatinny rail and QD swivel mount can be attached to the side of the Hannibal Rail for even more accessory mounting options. The Hannibal Rail is currently offered for 2007 and earlier Mini-14. NOTE - It also fits on the Ruger AC-556. The Hannibal Rail also accepts direct mounting red dot optics, compatible with the following footprints: Trijicon RMR, Leupold DeltaPoint Pro,Vortex VENOM, C-MORE.

Restocking Fee for Non-Compliance: If your purchase cannot be legally shipped to your location due to non-compliance with local laws, a 10% restocking fee will be applied to your refund. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where you fail to meet the age requirements or laws restricting certain items (e.g., magazine capacity, firearms, ammunition).
Federal Firearm License (FFL) Transfer: All firearm transactions must be processed through a licensed Federal Firearm License (FFL) dealer. You may be required to provide a valid ID and undergo a background check as part of your purchase.

For customers purchasing in Colorado, please be aware that state law (Colo. Rev. Stat. § 18-12-302) prohibits the sale, transfer, or possession of large-capacity magazines exceeding 15 rounds of ammunition, with limited exceptions. To ensure compliance, we will block any magazine exceeding this capacity to limit it to 15 rounds. A fee of $15 will be charged for blocking up to 5 magazines per order.
